Experience

Mr. Mueller was a partner in the Los Angeles law firm of McCutchen, Black, Verleger & Shea from 1985 to 1990, and a partner in McCutchen’s successor firm, Baker & Hostetler, LLP, from 1990 to 1998. He has been in solo practice since January 1999.

Mr. Mueller is the co-editor and contributing author of The California Environmental Law Handbook (Government Institutes), now in its 11th Edition. He is a member of the American (Administrative Law and Natural Resources Section), California (Environmental Law Section) and Los Angeles County (Environmental Law Section) Bar Associations.

He is also a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce. He is a commissioner on the Calabasas Tree Board, a city commission dedicated to preserving Calabasas’ oak trees, heritage oaks and scrub oak habitat.

Mr. Mueller is a Mediator on the Los Angeles Superior Court and Fresno Superior Court mediation panels.
